Does SmogDesk work as Clean Truck Check (CTC) software?
Yes. Clean Truck OBDII and Clean Truck Opacity are built in next to Smog Test, and you can add your own services in Settings.
Can I use it on my phone and my shop computer?
Yes. SmogDesk runs on iPhone, Android, Windows, and Mac, and everything syncs to the same account.
How do fleet charge accounts work?
Pick CHARGE as the payment type and the invoice posts to that account's balance. Post payments and print statements from the Accounts screen.
How do I send "you're due" reminders?
Open Vehicles Due and click Remind next to any vehicle. The customer needs an email on file.
Can I bring in my existing customers?
Yes, from Settings → Import. Email us if you need a hand getting your records moved over.
Will it print to my shop printer?
Print any invoice as a PDF, or turn on auto-print in Settings → Printer so every invoice prints when you issue it.
How do I change prices or the cert fee?
Go to Settings → Services. Each service has its own price and cert fee. Card surcharge and payment types are on the same page.
I got a new phone. How do I get my subscription back?
Install SmogDesk, sign in, and tap Restore Purchases in Settings.
